Creating a 3D model of our new Expo Stand
Introduction
Thanks for visiting this page and beeing interested in my Blender Project. We are going to participate on some national and international tourist exhibitions in the near future. We will for this purpose create a Blender 3D model with the intention to show partners and potential partners about our plans and projects. Please undestand that mostly all images below are ment only to be illustration, nothing else.
Introduction
First I will show some images as an illustration about what I am thinking, some ideas about what I am planning to do. I already have made a starter project in Blender. Image 6 – 10 is a print from my Blender Project. It is for me just a draft and only ment to be a starter on this project. No lighting. No fresh materials and definitly not made for or ready for public view.

- The light grey area and parts of the light blue is the inside hall walking street area.
- The dark grey area is all the exhibitors in this Expo Hall.
- The orange plot is our main Stand. Part 1.
- The yellow plot is our main Stand Part 2 [ Corner Stand ].
- The green line drawing is the approx camera movement.
- The light blue area is the hall surroundings that wil be the most important a part of the animation.

Delivering on Time
When I enter into an agreement for the production of, for example, an information film or a commercial film, production of a website, work on team building, or whatever it may be, I deliver – at the agreed time! Deadline is a term in the world I live in. Therefore, it is important for me to always deliver at the agreed time.
Always Available
I always try to be available to my partners. It sometimes has “its price”, but it is absolutely necessary when you are in the middle of a project and playing with ideas. Creative solutions, which will eventually become the crown on the actual “masterpiece”, we find out together.
Professional and Responsible
We act professionally and responsibly at all times. All projects are assessed and treated in a proper manner. The customer always has ownership of their own ideas projects that are presented. We act confidentially to ensure that good ideas can flow freely – without risk.
About Me
First - I am not a professional Blender Artist.
My name is Olaf Rudolfsen, I am Norwegian and I have been working 40 years as an international Film Director & Phototgrapher. Totally more than 1.500 films already made, included TV documentaries and TV commercial projects. Mostly for CNN, BBC and ofcourse all Norwegian TV Channels. I also have been working as a Web Designer and a Web Developer since Netscape Navigator presented their HTML based browser and source codes for public use in 1993. I am running some family companies and we are also an internet reseller of international and national domain name such as [ .com – .no – and mostly all national domain names ] We also have our own webserver and do offer web hotel to all our customers.
Our Blender Project
The finale result from this Blender Project need to end up in something close to a Photo Realistic Result.
We need to use a realistic environments and surroundings from a typical interntational expo hall with a massive roof lighting. Maybe a little dark and “cold” hight to the roof surrounding. Focus mostly only on the area that is illustrated with a light blue color shading in my drawing abow here.
The orange and yellow color square plot is illustrating the placement inside the hall. The yellow is the potential corner placed stand, which is a little smaller, but if we connect / merge these two stands, it will be a larger and much more attractive corner stand. Could be an idea. The orange stand is 3 x 4 meter [ 12 m² ]. The yellow corner stand is 3 x 3 meter [ 9 m² ] In the animation the left wall will slowly slide up and dissapair, when the camera is passing before the corner [ 9: MY PROJECT – NOT READY – NO LIGHT – 4 ]
I will give fully freedom to a creative professional 3D artist as long as we all feel comfortable about my “new partners skills” and experience. I am also willing to share the blenderfile that I already have created for this images illustrations abowe here [ My Project – Not Ready – No Light – 1-10 ]
I would like to receive a Blender File in the end of this project with all the related files connetcted to materials and more. No need for Rendered High Resolution Images or files. I will make all this by myself.
What maybe is speciall about this expo stand and this presentation is the LED Screen we are using. We are importing LED VIDEO WALLS and the example above here [ Led Screen Setup Image No: 4 ] will be used on this expo stand. Screen Size 4,5 m². This active video screen will also be a important part of the Blender Animation. Totally all will end up as a .mp4 video file.
More details can be discussed on phone when we get closer to choose our Blender Artist and our new Perfect Match. Fianally I will also mention that there are more projects coming up soon, so this is just a Starter Project.
Agreement - Terms of Delivery & Payment
We need to be clear about all this. I will not accept a situation with alot of bargaining back and forth.
Please read everything that I tried to explain on this website here before we chat or talk more on WhatsApp. Then please give me a PACKAGE PRICE on this job. I will not accept a “paid per hours” deal. I will also urge you to be clear about if you understand me about all details and what is my plan with this project.
